Ordered my gekks Jan 23,2018 and it’s Feb 21,2018 and I’m still waiting for my order. (When I tracked shipping estimated arrival date is March 3.2018...

so it takes almost 7 weeks to get 3 pairs of socks? Ridiculous! I don’t care how magical these socks are, no one has 7 weeks to wait to see if they are even worth it. When I contacted Customert Service, Kaitlyn supposedly a supervisor with absolutely no customer service skills - she was even worse than me STILL not having my order...

her response was, “she has great customer satistifaction record so go ahead a write a review” she clearly doesn’t have a satisfied customer here. I don’t even want the damn socks- give me back my money.

I’m tired of waiting especially when CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NO HELP... I hope these 2 brothers know what kind of rude, useless people they have working for them and clearly won’t be giving recommendations and hope they go out of business because clearly- they cannot handle customers.
