Gekks Terrible Customer Service
Ordered in July from UK Sent emails chasing, got a request to pay duty, paid it, waited another month, still nothing, sent more emails, finally got a reply to say they were unable to deliver to address - it is a Company address that receives multiple deliveries every day so asked them to resend They have now refunded my original payment with no further contact and refuse to refund the duty I have paid All I want is the goods, not a refund. It makes me wonder if they ever intended to supply them Customers beware don't buy off them unless you can afford not to receive them
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $60.
