I ordered from them before and the product worked. I ordered a second time and the grippers weren't sticking, it looks like they had switched manufacturers.
The grippers were a new color and did not work at all. I promptly e-mailed them, and a lady named Amy said they would ship a replacement order to me. After 3 months and contacting them 4 times, I still have no replacement order or any other contact besides their initial response. I'm out $70 and have some socks that don't work.
I consider myself patient but this was ridiculous to literally hear nothing from this company. Do not purchase from them, despite their supposed great reviews.
