My Gekks Didn't Last a 1st Wash
The idea was great, however, my Gekks did not work past a second wash. I also was unable to recover stickiness, even after following all recommended directions (using hand sanitizer).
I have just contacted Customer Service.
Perhaps there is a possibility to refund the product. I wonder how there are so many fabulous reviews for this product? Hopefully they usually work for folks.
I'm very disappointed - the Gekks pack I bought was over $40. I was hoping for that price, the Gekks would be reusable, lasting for at least a season.
I was hoping to get a refund, but it seems from the website that exchanges/returns are only available for unworn products.
I read somewhere that trial options (?) were available - I wish I had known that to save myself the money.

I placed an ordered on February 22, 2018 and have yet to get an email with tracking information or whats going on with my purchase. I did receive an email that they had confirmed my order.
Weeks have gone by now and I still have yet to receive an email with tracking number like they were supposed to do. They never sent me an email stating there was a delay and nothing is posted on their website either. They were quick to take my money and everything. I have also emailed their customer service department probably 4 times now and received nothing back.
It is now March 4, 2018 and I have ordered other products from retailers and received them just fine.
The weird thing is Gekks doesn't even have a number for you to call. Seems like a scam.

They are disposable
I received the pair for sneakers. The fit my foot size well.
They were fairly easy to stick to the shoe. I wore them happily for a couple of weeks and even recommended them to a couple of people. Then they started to get a little stinky (I do not wear the same shoes every day, thus they did not get used every day), and even felt a bit dirty. I tried to remove them carefully, but the sticky pads fell off in a few places, one of them even separated - like it was two pieces of thin plastic that were stuck together?
Anyhow, I hand washed them.
When I put them back in, they would no longer stick and just bunched up in the shoes, making them useless. I would not buy them again, and would not recommend them.

Scam Product, Scam Company
Ordered two pair. Unlike many others they shipped and arrived promptly (possibly because I paid with PayPal, but who knows).
Took one out of unsealed package and attempted to adhere it to a brand new pair of Sketchers GoWalks. Despite all attempts, amount of pressure, whatever, the lone "sock" I attempted to install would NOT adhere to the shoes. The so-called adhesive was no more than slightly sticky plastic, no more sticky than no-show socks include to keep them on your heel. Returned items and was only credited for one pair.
When I questioned why, and explained (again) the reason for the return (that the won't adhere and are therefore unusable) I'm given runaround about how the paid was "used". So apparently being unable to install the "sock" as per manufacturers directions makes it used.
Total scam. I wonder how many times the pair I received had been sent and returned?

I've been railing against customer service on FOUR attempts via their email portals asking for Grippers on their ORIGINAL Gekks product. No answer until I posted on this site.
Once I posted, I was inundated with responses. Here's the deal -- for those of us who INVESTED in the ORIGINAL Gekks with the grippers, lined our shoes, spent $50 on the "closet special" (multiple times - me - I might add) Their response is: Oh... the NEW models don't require Grippers any longer. Here's a coupon to replace ALL the ones you have.....
Really??
So, your product is expensive enough as it is, and you not only want me to continue to buy MORE but REPLACE all that I have purchased in the first place because you guys decided it was time to change your product and didn't bother to communicate.
Guess what. Bombas has made a no show sock for same type shoe now. They are a lot easier to transition to. See ya!

Ordered 2 Closet Packs sets. Had to ask them where my order was 2 weeks after promised ship date.
They can not be reached my phone (Hmmm.) Wrote Customer Service. Finally received ONE partial set. (The Closet Pack is supposed to be 3 different kinds of Gekks. I was sent 2 of the same kind AND NOT MY SECOND SET.) They had promptly charged me for everything, as you can imagine.
Now have been emailing Customer Service back and forth asking for them to cover the return shipping because the fault is THEIRS. No surprise. They don't want to cover the shipping. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB - to add to their other complaints with them.
Interestingly, the BBB history says their registered corporate address is wrong. Another big, HMMMM!

I had the same issue after 1 wash. I have 8 pairs and won’t be buying anymore.
